Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Faithful Dawn Trailer Rentals LLC, a trailer rental business operating from 1304 Willis McGinnis Rd in Smithville, Tennessee, collects, uses and protects information. It applies to the faithfuldawntrailerrentals.com website and to the online booking and rental process used to reserve a trailer or send us a question.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Faithful Dawn Trailer Rentals LLC. By using this website or booking a trailer with us, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to answer you or to put a trailer in your hands. That includes:

Booking information. When you reserve a trailer through our online booking system, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, rental dates, the unit you selected and the pickup or delivery address.
Contact form and message information. When you fill out the contact form, call, or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address and whatever details you choose to include about your load or your job.
Rental paperwork. When a rental is finalized, we may collect the information required to complete the rental agreement, such as driver license and insurance details you provide to us directly.
Website usage information. Our website and its analytics tools may record standard technical details such as your device type, browser, approximate region, the pages you viewed and the site or search that sent you here.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the contact form.

How We Use Information

We use the information you give us to process and confirm rental bookings, to answer questions and quote requests, to send pickup and drop off instructions by call or text, to coordinate delivery within our 50 mile radius, to handle billing and rental paperwork, and to take care of ordinary customer service such as changes, cancellations and follow up after the rental.

We also use general website usage information to keep the site working properly and to understand which pages renters actually use.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade your contact details to third parties for their own marketing.

Payment Information

Payments made through the online booking system are handled by our booking platform and its payment processor, not by us directly. Card details are entered into and processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on this website. What we see is limited to the record of the transaction we need in order to manage your reservation, such as the amount, the date and whether the booking was paid.

Sharing With Service Providers

We use a trailer booking and scheduling system (RentFlow) along with standard website, form and customer messaging tools (GoHighLevel) to run the online booking process, the contact form and our communications with you. These providers process some of the information described above on our behalf so that we can manage reservations and reply to messages.

Each provider has its own privacy practices that govern how it handles data, separate from this policy. We share information with them only so they can perform those services for us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when we need to respond to a lawful request from a government or law enforcement agency, or when it is reasonably necessary to enforce our rental agreement, collect on unpaid or damaged rentals, or protect the safety and property of our customers, our equipment or our business.

Cookies And Analytics

This website may use basic cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which trailer pages are viewed, how long a visit lasts and how the visitor arrived here. This information helps us keep the site running well and improve it over time.

Most browsers let you limit, block or delete cookies in your settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the booking process behave. Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals at this time.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep booking and rental records for as long as we need them to run the rental, to handle any question or dispute that comes out of it, and to meet our tax, accounting and legal recordkeeping obligations. Contact form messages and inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for following up with you.

When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or stop using it. You can also ask us to remove your information sooner using the contact details below.

How We Protect Information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to booking and customer records to the people who need it to run the rental business. Our booking, form and payment tools are operated by outside providers that maintain their own security measures.

No website, no email and no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care in deciding what you send us through the website, and never send payment card details or a driver license number by email or through the contact form.

Your Rights And Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep. Just call, text or email using the contact details below and tell us what you would like done. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on the request, and we may need to keep records that we are required to hold for tax or legal reasons.

If you would rather not receive follow up messages from us, tell us and we will stop sending them. You will still receive the messages needed to run an active reservation, such as pickup instructions and scheduling changes. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights over your personal information.

Children's Privacy

This website and our rental services are meant for adults who are old enough to enter a rental agreement and legally tow the equipment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute about it are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Faithful Dawn Trailer Rentals LLC operates out of Smithville, Tennessee.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change to reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use the website or book a trailer after an update means you accept the updated policy, so it is worth checking back here if you have questions about how your information is handled.
